Roses is awesome! I called them up and Louis answered the phone – super nice guy. I told him I’ve lived in my little studio for 8 years and I was in dire need of a deep cleaning, and he assured me that Roses would do a stellar job… and they sure did! Roses sent 4 girls to my tiny apartment and not only did the place look AMAZING afterwards, but the girls were super nice even though my apartment was probably disgusting for them! I’ve never seen my shower or floors or carpet so clean, and it smelled so fresh. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you, Roses!

My family and I recently used Roses House Cleaning to provide a move-out deep cleaning service for our rental. I was impressed with their customer service from start to finish! Louis confirmed everything in advance, was proactive with giving me arrival time updates on the scheduled day, and even rolled up his own sleeves to assist with the cleaning when someone from the crew called in sick. I see a company who cares deeply about the quality of service they provide – a rare find these days. They guarantee the move-out cleaning & are willing to come back if the landlord isn’t completely satisfied with the final work (this wasn’t an issue for us). A final area that impressed is was that when we went to tip the crew upon completion he passed all the tip on to his team, keeping none for himself. If we weren’t moving out of state, this is a company I would be proud to hire on a regular basis. Two thumbs way up!

I have Rose’s clean my 1 bedroom apartment every other week. I am kind of a slob, and they do a great job of dealing with my mess (folding and piling all my stuff neatly) and the dirt (complete vacuum, clean the bathroom, scrub down the kitchen, all the normal stuff). I am not there when they clean– after the first meeting where we set everything up I don’t have to do anything except leave payment! They take requests (extra attention to the fridge, for example), and it’s always so lovely to come home to a sparkling clean place.
